Today, Todd and I also signed up for a 5K here in PC and one in Tampa on Father's Day, the day before my next PET Scan at Moffitt (YUCK!)
Yesterday, Sunday 5/9 Week 3/Day 20... Rest

Walked 40 minutes and played on the beach
Saturday 5/8... Week 3/Day 19... Walk/Run 25 minutes
Did this ran 4 times down the street and walked the rest.
Also attended Todd's Soccer Game and worked from Noon to 9:15pm.
Friday... Week 3/Day 18... Rest
Walked 40 minutes
Todd and I have found a little bird that likes to sing to us every morning as we walk.

Gotta admit it hurt today and I am getting really tired of running up and down our street.

Good thing it was a rest day because Noah built a new Ark and sailed it through our backyard this morning.
Tried walking with the boys after it cleared in the afternoon.
Got in about 20 minutes... Cranky Grady.

All while breathing in the lovely scent of the paper mill!

Walked very early then went to work from 7:30am until 6:15pm... very long day!
Saturday 5/1... Week 2/Day 12... Walk/Run 20 minutes
Did that around 5:30am
Arrived at Soccer at 7:45am
Went grocery shopping.
Worked from noon til 11:15pm
So TIRED!
