So, we have reached the point in our training that we are no longer running/walking... it is all running baby!!!!!
Tuesday 6/1... Week 7/Day 42... Rest
Todd is a champ and walked for 35 minutes.
I wore the WRONG shoes for my shift at work on Sunday and my shins are still paying for it, so I bowed out today.... not happy with myself... also, my head still hurts... waiting for a call from the Doctor for a CT scan.
Monday 5/31... Week 7/Day 41... Run 20 minutes
YeeHaw!!!!! I ran the 20 minutes... which I knew was no problem... I have been able to for about 2 weeks, but the only challenge is running in our neighborhood... gets a little boring... thinking about "stealing" Todd's ipod the next run:-) I even decided to run through the DQ parking lot... one of the other ladies we see walking/running in the mornings, told us last week that they offered her a free biscuit and gravy as she ran past the drive thru... that is truly disturbing... what are they thinking???? Also, my shins were hurting... but, I DID IT!!!!!!
And of course Todd did it, and beautifully!

Saturday 5/29 Week 6/Day 39... Walk/Run 35 minutes
I ran a little over a mile and Todd ran almost 2 miles!
Friday 5/28... Week 6/Day 38... Rest
We walked for 35 minutes
Thursday 5/27... Week 6/Day 37... Run/Walk 35 minutes
Todd and I ran the Hathaway Bridge! It felt amazing... RAN the whole way... Todd did it in 22 minutes... it took me 30 minutes and 4 seconds....
